  • Prepare regular reports on process performance, improvement initiatives, and results achieved.
  • Develop strategies to address resistance to change and facilitate adoption of new processes.
  • Create and execute communication plans to inform stakeholders about process changes and their benefits.
  • Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
  • Encourage employee involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate process improvement tools and technologies.
  • Implement and manage process improvement tools and systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred

  • Extensive experience in government processes
  • Expertise in workflow mapping and design using Salesforce

Position Overview
