Responsibilities

• Keep properties in top notch physical condition
• Maintain the facility free from safety hazards
• Perform routine maintenance, general repairs, lighting, parking lots, etc.
• Identify and repair minor electrical and plumbing problems
• Prioritize, plan, schedule and perform preventative maintenance
• Provide daily reports and communication with property manager

Qualifications

Required

• High school degree or equivalent
• HVAC certification/experience
• Knowledge in building and grounds maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Strong personal skills to interact with tenants
