Responsibilities
- Support global well-being portfolio in line with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging agenda.
- Implement global minimum family leave guidelines and ensure inclusive eligibility.
- Work closely with the Benefits Director and the Global Benefits & Pensions Associate Director.
- Part of the Global Benefits & Well-being Center of Excellence.
- Further enhancement of Global Well-being.
- Manage the Global Well-being Champion Network.
- Oversee global and local Well-being calendar activities.
- Execute benefits and well-being communications.
- Ensure employee understanding and appreciation of benefit programs.
- Collaborate with HR Communications, HR Service Delivery, as well as Market HR and external communication partners.
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of Benefits experience
- Strong background in design, development, and delivery of benefit and well-being plans
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Finance, or Business
Preferred
- International experience

Benefits Manager
· 100% remote
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour W2
Duration: 6 months to start; extendable
Shift: M-F, 9-5 EST
· Support global well-being portfolio in line with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging agenda, for example implementation of global minimum family leave guidelines and ensuring inclusive eligibility
· You will work closely together with the Benefits Director, the Global Benefits & Pensions Associate Director and be part of the Global Benefits & Well-being Center of Excellence.
· Further enhancement of Global Well-being, managing the Global Well-being Champion Network, and global and local Well-being calendar activities
· Benefits and well-being communications to ensure employee understanding and appreciation of benefit programs
