  • Familiarize yourself with client information for effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to leads via SMS, email, or voicemail within the LMS platform.
  • Execute manual actions based on campaign filters for call handling.
  • Schedule follow-up calls based on lead requests.
  • Ensure timely and persistent follow-ups with unresponsive leads.
  • Schedule appointments into client system through remote access or warm transfer

Qualifications

Required

  • Able to work 12pm-9pm EST.
  • Previous experience in the Dental Industry is required.
  • Proficiency in using communication and scheduling tools such as Zoho, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Chrome extensions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Previous experience with Dental Implants is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or lead management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This involves proactive communication via calls, messages, and nurturing lead relationships to secure pre-qualified appointments for dental practices. Hours for this role will be 12pm-9pm EST.

This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the US.
