Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and independent Property Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance tasks at scattered residential sites. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and work autonomously, handling a variety of maintenance tasks while ensuring that all work orders are logged into the system for accurate billing. You must have your own hand tools and be well-presented for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment/system failures.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Log all completed work and materials used for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members for larger projects and renovations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Must own hand tools and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and independent with the ability to self-manage work tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• No felonies or misdemeanors – county background check will be performed.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M
• On-call as needed
