Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team with the General Manager
- Provide an uncommonly good experience for guests, fostering a family-like atmosphere
- Resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Identify and foster talent in the team, promoting high performers
- Follow operational and inventory control procedures
- Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards
- Work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and/or holidays
- May be required to work 1 opening shift, 2 mid shifts (11am to 8pm), and 1 closing shift, and a 5th shift that aligns with the restaurant needs
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
- Ability to lead a high-performing team
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old

What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
