WMH is seeking a Field Service Mechanic/Technician to join their team. Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Required
- At least 3 years as a mechanic/technician in material handling, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills with proficiency in diagnostic tools & equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license required; certifications in forklift maintenance and repair are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
