Maintenance Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of residential maintenance & repair: Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, Appliance Repair
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on our properties, ensuring everything is in top condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the property management team to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a working smart phone
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must own set of hand tools
• Must be able to work on-call weekend rotation

SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM -5 PM & Rotating on-call
