As a Staffing Account Manager at Sound Physicians, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying clinicians to support staffing goals, onboarding clinicians, and managing temporary labor costs.   • Developing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and clinicians to achieve customer goals
  • Providing a consultative approach to removing barriers and identifying solutions

  • Forecasting, evaluating, and managing clinician roster and bench
  • Auditing staffing success, KPIs, and escalating areas of concern and mitigating risk

About the Role:

As a Staffing Account Manager, you will be identifying and qualifying clinicians to support our staffing goals. Our SAMs are responsible for onboarding and obtaining clinician’s availability to support site teams in preparing hospital schedules. A successful SAM will develop and maintain strong working relationships while expertly managing our temporary labor cost.

The Details: This role will require limited travel (<7 trips per year)
