THE TYPE OF LEADER THAT OUR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL TEAM NEEDS

We're looking for a Master Electrician that can sell our services while managing residential & commercial electrical jobs. Our ideal candidate has great leadership skills to train and guide a crew toward success. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is eager to take over a new electrical division as their own.

Here's what's needed to excel as our Master Electrician:

• 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesman in the electrical industry
• Proven experience diagnosing, presenting & installing panels, outlets, breakers, etc.
• A great team attitude
• Master electrician license in NJ
• Experience running and training crews of electricians
• Experience in electrical sales and upselling to customers
• Experience in electrical management
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Willing to take ownership of electrical department and excited to grow that business with upside potential without the risk of running your own business.

Our Master Electrician works 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday with being on-call and weekend hours. Hours are mostly field at this time and schedule is determined by customer/team needs.
