Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support the Associate Experience Portfolio Operations team. (Associate Experience is the line of business that directly supports our associates via tools & technologies required day-to-day.) You’ll drive integrated thinking regarding portfolio and delivery management, specifically regarding Prioritization & Planning.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35 - $40 / hr. w2

Centralize prioritization across all Associate Experience intent and initiatives

Standardize inputs and outputs for planning our work

Drive alignment to capture accurate capacity, RTE, and identify areas to increase throughput

Ensure just enough governance over processes & ceremonies

Standardize prioritization change management (including mid-PI)

Enable the ability to socialize prior PI accomplishments and future commitments

Enable always-on portfolio visibility (outside of cadenced ceremonies) for leadership

Enable customer success with effective change management, training, and communication resources

Manage assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies

Partner with data analyst to design and produce metrics to measure effectiveness of standards

Backlog improvement opportunities for future iterations

At least 5 years project OR program management experience

At least 5 years experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)

At least 2 years Jira experience

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem solving and influencing skills

Work experience achieving results with complex projects

Proficiency in G-Suite

Bachelor’s degree or Military experience

Masters/MBA degree preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
