  • Enable always-on portfolio visibility for leadership
  • Enable customer success with effective change management, training, and communication resources
  • Manage assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Partner with data analyst to design and produce metrics to measure effectiveness of standards
  • Backlog improvement opportunities for future iterations

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 5 years project OR program management experience
  • At least 5 years experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)
  • At least 2 years Jira experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or Military experience

Preferred

  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects
  • Proficiency in G-Suite

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support the Associate Experience Portfolio Operations team. (Associate Experience is the line of business that directly supports our associates via tools & technologies required day-to-day.) You’ll drive integrated thinking regarding portfolio and delivery management, specifically regarding Prioritization & Planning.


We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35 - $40 / hr. w2


Responsibilities:

Centralize prioritization across all Associate Experience intent and initiatives

Standardize inputs and outputs for planning our work

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
