Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, preferably grocery.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in retail standards and financial management.
  • High energy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic accounting.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred

  • Serv-Safe certification preferred.
