Job Summary

Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Manager, the technical cleaner is responsible for providing highly technical cleaning services in pharmaceutical industries. Work is performed inside clean room where particulate, temperatures, relative humidity and pressure are controlled to specified limits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning task specifically in clean room environments.
  • Read, understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor sterility of self, supplies, equipment and environment as required.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork in accordance to FDA and other site specific procedures and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Education and Work Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent. Some GMP work experience preferred. Willingness to understand and practice principles of aseptic techniques and universal precautions.

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos is required. Must be dependable and meet the attendance requirements. Must be willing to work in a team environment and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
