Position: Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Location: NJ Team Dental Center, 2515 Highway 516, second floor suite, Old Bridge, NJ 08857
Salary: $19 to $27 per hour, based on experience. (Sign on Bonus)

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy and friendly dental office! The ideal candidate has experience working in a dental front office, understands dental insurance, and is familiar with dental procedures.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Managing phone calls and patient inquiries
• Verifying patient insurance and processing claims
• Collecting payments and managing patient accounts
• Updating and maintaining patient records
• Coordinating with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Performing other front-office tasks as needed
