Facility Maintenance Machine

Needed - Facility Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: Starting at $24/hour (based on experience) Company is open offering higher pay for highly qualified candidates.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek an experienced mechanic with a strong mechanical aptitude and a dedication to quality and efficiency. If you have at least 3 years of experience and a knack for problem-solving, this role could be a perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust and repair production machines to maintain optimal performance.
• Work with PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and logic boards to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and make adjustments to ensure top-notch quality control.
• Verify machine functionality and manage product quality, including label checks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong mechanical skills and experience in auto mechanics or industrial maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to productivity.
• Good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, and climbing.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
