- Maintains established medical record files
- Files client information on individual charts
- Vital checks for client intakes
- Assists therapist with client appointments for safety
- Diver for elderly and disabled clients to bring to clinic for appointments (using company car)
- Assists with referral process and intake paperwork
- Caregiving floating services during company business hours
Requirements
Education and Experience
- High school diploma
- Detail oriented and organized
- Patient care experience
- Data entry experience required
- Clerical Experience required
- Basic computer knowledge required
