Responsibilities
- Prepare discovery, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and depositions
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam
- Ability to write legal briefs and conduct depositions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
