Lot Attendant Job Summary:

  • The Lot Attendant will be responsible for basic lot maintenance and general upkeep of the property and vehicles. They will work closely with the Branch Manager and complete tasks as assigned.

Lot Attendant Responsibilities:

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Moving, starting and parking company vehicles (Cars, Vans, Pickups, 16’ up to 26’ box trucks)
  • Detailing/Refueling company vehicles
  • General lot/building maintenance (i.e. painting, sweeping, trash removal, snow removal if necessary, stocking, other duties as assigned)

Lot Attendant Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Good listening skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Must be willing to obtain Forklift Certification (we will train)
