Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site activities to ensure that multifamily construction projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction operations

  • Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and facilitate team communication

  • Ensure projects comply with architectural plans, specifications, and building codes

  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely project completion

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution

  • Conduct routine site inspections, address challenges, and mitigate risks

  • Resolve jobsite conflicts and provide on-site leadership to field personnel

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to adjust project plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders

  • Monitor budgets and cost control measures to keep projects within financial parameters

  • Enforce safety and quality standards, conducting daily site safety walks

  • Host weekly tailgate safety meetings and uphold jobsite safety compliance


Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily residential construction

  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, scheduling, and jobsite operations

  • Proficient with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and Word

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documentation

  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Budgeting and cost tracking experience

  • Experience with estimating software is a plus
