Home Instead Vista is currently hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to support older adults living in their own homes. Our coverage area includes Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Escondido, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, and surrounding cities.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Hands-on personal care
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience
• Current Home Care Aide license with the state of California
• Complete a motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and auto registration (required if driving clients)
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner
