**What Youll Do:**
Deliver compassionate **inpatient pediatric and newborn care**
Provide care at **Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and** rotate through **Banner Del Webb, Banner Estrella, and Banner University Medical Center**
Work **predictable 12-hour day shifts (7 AM7 PM)** with only **182 shifts per year.**
**Minimal night coverage** on a shared rotationensuring your nights and downtime are protected
**What Were Looking For:**
Completion of a **Pediatric Residency**
**Board Certified or Board Eligible** in Pediatrics
Eligible for **Arizona medical license and DEA certification**
