Our Sales Manager Has:

• 3+ years in a Sales Manager role in the agricultural manufacturing industry with proven leadership success.
• Experience in systems design and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of Tree Shakers and Wind Machines is a plus (or willingness to learn).

Our Sales Manager Will:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Design and implement effective sales systems and strategies to drive growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they're set up for success.
• Travel 25% domestically and internationally to build relationships and support growth.
