Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the nursing department supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Location:** Chattahoochee, FL
**Pay Range:** $36.47
**What's the Job?**
+ Assess resident complaints and determine action, notifying supervisor when necessary.
+ Administer oral and/or injectable medication in accordance with facility policy and Florida law.
+ Observe for side effects or adverse effects to medication and report to provider for further assessment.
+ Coordinate residents' appointments with unit staff to ensure medications are appropriately timed.
+ Complete incident reports factually and objectively within the appropriate time frame.
**What's Needed?**
+ Must hold unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse.
+ One year of nursing experience, strongly preferred.
+ Must be CPR certified, or able to complete training.
+ Ability to complete full orientation at time of hire.
+ Responsive and compliant with current resident rights and advocacy issues.
