RN Medsurg

Job Title : RN MS Tele

· Pay: $3600/week for 48 hours

· Pay: $2700/week for 36 hours

· Shifts: 3 x 12s (36 hours) **48 hours (12 x 4s) also available.

· Timing: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Nights

· Facility Name: The Cleveland Clinic - main campus

· Type of Facility: Short Term acute Care Hospital

· Length: The initial duration is 13 weeks , with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance.

· Schedule: To be decided by manager or supervisor once you hit the floor. Can try to request blocked schedule.

Job Description :

1. Nursing Float Pool, 1002-1000-31090

2. Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.

3. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.

4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

5. Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

6. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.

Requirements :

· Active RN license in the state of Ohio or Compact/Multistate License.

· Must have a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

· Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before taking travel assignments.

· Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS (pay reduction if NIHSS not available)

· Patient Ratios: 1 : 5-6

Education :

· Required: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

· Not required but Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
