PDF is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join the Finance team, who is responsible for providing technical revenue accounting guidance, analyzing, presenting revenue results and will oversee and manager sales to order to cash (OTC) process. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and self-driven team player with strong communication, detail-oriented, organized, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, have an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, possesses the drive to deliver quality results on time in a complex, intensive and highly productive environment and has the ability to mentor other team members. This role will report directly to the Director of Revenue.
Responsibilities

Manage the monthly revenue close process including revenue recognition, unbilled AR, deferral analysis, and reconciliations.
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Legal to review customer contracts and ensure appropriate revenue treatment.
* Lead system implementations and process improvements, specifically for Salesforce and NetSuite, to streamline and automate revenue processes.
* Prepare technical revenue recognition accounting checklist, memorandum, & revenue accounting analysis, ensuring that revenue is recognized in accordance with ASC 606.
* Assist in the analysis of SSP for the Company's products.
* Prepare revenue-related supporting schedules for the preparation of the Company's Form 10-Q and 10-K.
* Act as Company liaison to external auditors.
* Own the SOX 404 compliance process for various OTC controls.
* Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance on technical and operational accounting issues.
Support on ad-hoc analysis and special projects, as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
* CPA required;
* Strong understanding of the principles of revenue recognition (ASC 606), and hands-on experience on OTC process;
* A minimum of 7 years combined public accounting experience and technical revenue recognition accounting and revenue operations experience in the software and technology industry required;
* Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, including leading or contributing to system implementations required;
* Proficient computer skills including strong working knowledge of MS Excel required;
* A versatile player in revenue accounting that can perform various tasks ranging from routine revenue recognition close procedures to ad hoc projects;
* Critical thinker, problem solver and can perform technical accounting research and resolve technical and complex revenue recognition accounting issues;
* Must be well-organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, great multi-tasker, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and all levels of management;
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, and work with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines under changing requirements
Pay Range
USD $150,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.
