Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Bellevue, WA. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient’s care plan
• Document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans
• Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screening
• Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient care
• Location: Bellevue, WA
• Contract Type: Per Diem (flexible shifts)
• Shift Schedule: Night shifts available, with options for additional shifts

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required
• Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state
• Certification: Current BLS certification required
• Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Two positive work references
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferred
