Radiologic Technologist

Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to help launch and operate our VMA system. This is a unique opportunity to join the ground floor of a growing company and play a key role in introducing breakthrough technology. The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to building workflows, protocols, and patient experiences from the start.

Responsibilities

• Perform VMA imaging studies and ensure high-quality, reproducible results.
• Partner with physicians and staff to refine workflows and patient experience.
• Uphold radiation safety standards, including shielding, exposure monitoring, and patient dose management.
• Assist in developing and documenting operational protocols and best practices.
• Contribute input as the company grows and expands to additional sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent).
• ARRT (R) certification and current Illinois radiography license.
• Illinois fluoroscopy permit (preferred) or willingness to obtain promptly.
• Experience with fluoroscopy or spine imaging preferred, but adaptability and curiosity valued most.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics relevant to spine imaging.
• Knowledge of radiology equipment and radiation safety practices.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
