We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with providers and other healthcare professionals to assist with patient care, administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or similar) preferred
- CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with EHR systems (experience with [insert your system, e.g., EPIC, eClinicalWorks] a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient examinations and procedures
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit
- Perform routine clinical tasks including EKGs, blood draws, and specimen collection
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by providers
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding instructions, follow-up, and education
- Support front desk operations as needed (scheduling, check-in/out, referrals)
