Job Description

Make Real Change. Transform Families. Join Our MST Team.

Faith Works Counseling is hiring Multisystemic Therapists who are ready to deliver life-changing work with youth and families in their homes and communities. MST is an evidence-based, outcome-driven model—and we give our therapists everything they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide intensive family-based therapy using the MST model
  • Work with caregivers, schools, courts, and community supports
  • Use data-driven problem-solving strategies to achieve real results
  • See the impact of your work every single week

What We Offer

  • Extensive paid training in MST from certified experts
  • Weekly supervision and ongoing MST booster development
  • Supportive leadership who respect clinical judgment and promote autonomy
  • Manageable caseloads (typically 4–6 families) so your work is effective—not overwhelming
  • Competitive salary with advancement tied to mastery
  • Flexible scheduling within a structured model
  • A culture that values integrity, transparency, and teamwork

Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for clinicians who are:

  • Passionate about working with high-risk youth and families
  • Strong critical thinkers who enjoy solving complex problems
  • Self-directed, organized, and motivated by measurable outcomes
  • Looking for a career path with long-term growth
  • Comfortable working in the community rather than an office
  • Ready to join a team where excellence and compassion are the standard

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Licensure or license-eligible
  • Training provided—MST experience is not required
