Medical Technologist I "High Demand"

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) for a full-time night shift role. In this position, you will perform laboratory testing, analyze samples, and help ensure accurate and timely patient results in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on patient samples
• Analyze and verify test results, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Handle specimen collection, processing, and documentation
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment as needed
• Follow quality control procedures and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
• Maintain proper records and comply with safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
• National certification (MT/MLS/MLT – ASCP or AMT) required
• Minimum 1 year of lab experience (open to strong new grads)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Schedule includes weekdays and weekends
