Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant

Provide personal care to individuals within the comfort of their home with respect, patience, and reliability. Assure a safe environment and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, hydration, mobility and more while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. Assist and engage in other activities enjoyed by individual clients such as exercise, conversation, reading, entertainment etc. Drive clients to appointments, errands, and activities outside of the home (if applicable). Work with family, physicians, home health professionals (Nurses, PT, OT), and hospice professionals where applicable. Assist with housekeeping and other daily chores including meal planning and cooking.
