Machine Operator

A leading manufacturing organization in the Park 100, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Indianapolis, IN (Park 100)
**Pay Range: $20**
**Shift:** 3:50PM to 4:00AM on a rotating 2/2/3 - 12 hr shifts; 3:50AM to 4:00PM on a rotating 2/2/3 - 12 hr shifts
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate various machine within the manufacturing facility
+ Use tape measures for quality checks to ensure product standards
+ Handle heavy boxes off the production line safely and efficiently
+ Utilize sit-down forklift to supply materials and move finished products
**What's Needed?**
+ Prior manufacturing experience
+ Some sit-down forklift experience is required for utility roles
+ Ability to work in a loud, dusty environment with heavy-duty equipment
+ Comfort with taking heavy boxes off the line and performing quality checks
+ Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
