Muskego Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Muskego, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all aspects of facility operations, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional service for residents and families.
• Build, mentor, and support department leaders while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while ensuring continuous survey readiness.
• Drive quality outcomes, employee engagement, occupancy growth, and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and financial performance to support the long-term success of the facility.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality measures, reimbursement, and survey processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
