We are running a confidential search for a Service / Facilities Manager on behalf of a commercial general contractor serving national retail, grocery, medical, and aerospace brands across the western United States.

This is not a coordinator seat. You would own the service division end to end: roughly 1,500 service calls a year, from the moment the call comes in through dispatch, completion, documentation, billing, and client sign off.

What you would own

• Call intake and triage, with same business day acknowledgment and on time arrival against client mandated SLA windows.
• All work order activity in ServiceChannel, Corrigo, and client specific portals, with zero SLA chargebacks.
• The daily and weekly schedule for service technicians and field staff, routed for utilization without missing response commitments.
• Service billing from work order close through invoice submission, with first pass acceptance and no rejections for missing documentation or NTE errors.
• Closeout discipline. Nothing ages past a client threshold without a documented status and a next action.
• The client relationship. You are the day to day voice to national account facilities managers.
• Building the playbook. Within six months, this function should run on a documented system rather than on one person's memory.

What we are screening for

• Hands on ServiceChannel and Corrigo experience is a requirement, not a preference. You know what an NTE is, why a work order gets rejected, how proposals flow, and what the scorecard measures.
• Beyond the platforms: organization under volume, real follow through, early communication when the news is bad, accuracy with numbers, and enough field credibility to hold your own with technicians and subs.

Experience profile

Three or more years managing service, facilities, or dispatch operations for a commercial contractor, facilities maintenance provider, or national service vendor. Multi site national brand client experience. Working knowledge of commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration. Procore and Foundation are a plus.
