Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, assisting with daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.

Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour
What's the Job?
- Manage and organize correspondence, reports, and documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for various projects.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
