We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support for a maternity leave coverage. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospital administration, with a proven track record of working seamlessly alongside executive leadership and clinical staff.
Top Three Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support & Complex Calendar Management: Heavily manage and coordinate active schedules for two high-level leaders simultaneously. (Please note: This role focuses purely on scheduling and daily operations; no travel arrangements are required).
- Policies & Procedures: Assist in maintaining, drafting, and managing organizational documentation and operational workflows.
- Project Management Support: Provide structured organizational support for ongoing departmental projects and initiatives.
Required Skillsets:
- Elite Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills appropriate for interfacing with executive staff and hospital leadership.
- Masterful Organization: Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize shifting demands, and manage high-volume scheduling without errors.
- Healthcare & Compliance Experience: Prior professional experience operating within a healthcare or hospital environment is mandatory. Must have a working understanding of HIPAA regulations and a history of successful collaboration with clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting directors, executives, or clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- High proficiency in office software and digital calendar management tools.
