This role focuses on helping residents improve their independence, functionality, and quality of life through effective and personalized occupational therapy interventions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and capabilities.
- Implement therapeutic activities focused on enhancing daily living and functional skills.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust treatment as needed.
- Educate residents and their families on exercises and practices to continue at home.
