Responsibilities
- Educate Customers: Provide detailed information about community solar solutions and their benefits.
- Guide Enrollment: Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand all requirements and benefits.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote Green Energy: Advocate for and educate customers about the benefits of green energy and sustainability.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in promoting green energy and sustainability initiatives.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
