Deliver diagnostic excellence—producing high-quality ultrasound images across multiple specialties with precision, compassion, and confidence while keeping patients at the center of every exam.

At SimonMed, diagnostic quality starts with you. Our Ultrasound Technologists are essential to delivering the advanced outpatient imaging our patients and referring physicians depend on. From abdominal and OB/GYN studies to small parts and vascular exams, this role ensures every scan meets the highest clinical standards.

We are looking for a sonographer who takes pride in clean, diagnostically complete images, thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment, and brings genuine care to every patient interaction. If you find purpose in high-caliber clinical work, value efficient workflows and advanced technology, and want to grow within a collaborative team that holds itself to a higher standard—this is where you belong.

Precision and clinical expertise: You perform the full spectrum of ultrasound exams—abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN across all three trimesters, small parts, and vascular studies—and you own the quality of every image you produce. Your scanning protocols are solid, your image optimization is second nature, and you review your own work for diagnostic completeness before it reaches the radiologist.

Mastery of standards and systems: You bring real knowledge of ultrasound anatomy, physiology, and multi-specialty protocols. You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, and your documentation is accurate, complete, and done in real time. Radiologists rely on what you capture—and you take that seriously.

Agility and autonomy: You manage your own workflow, keep your exam area stocked and clean, and support departmental operations without needing to be directed at every turn. You adapt when exams run long, when protocols shift, or when a patient requires extra time and care—because in a high-volume outpatient environment, self-sufficiency is the baseline.

Patient empathy: Every patient receives your full attention—a clear explanation of the procedure, confirmation of clinical history, and genuine care for their comfort before the probe ever touches skin. Whether it is a nervous OB patient or a vascular study on someone who is unsure why they are there, you meet them where they are with compassion and clinical confidence.

Mentorship and professionalism: When students or new staff need orientation, you step up. You share your scanning instincts, model protocol compliance, and contribute to a department that gets better because you are in it. Participation in quality assurance and continuing education is how you stay sharp—not something you need to be reminded about.

Purpose-driven work: At SimonMed, you are part of something bigger than any single scan. The #1 reason people stay is the sense of purpose that comes from delivering advanced outpatient imaging that directly impacts patient diagnoses and outcomes. Your expertise makes a difference every single day.

A collaborative team environment: Join a team where support, communication, and shared clinical standards are the norm—not the exception. Our collaborative culture is the reason our technologists stay and thrive.

Flexibility and work-life balance: No trauma bays, no overnight on-call, no unpredictable ER surges at 2 AM. You get the predictability of an outpatient schedule—with holidays off and a shift that ends when it is supposed to.

Efficient workflows and advanced technology: We invest in modern ultrasound systems, so you are not wrestling with aging equipment to get a clean image. Our efficient workflows mean you can focus on clinical excellence—not administrative friction.

High clinical standards in advanced imaging: At our scale, you will encounter a wide diversity of cases—abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular—that keep your multi-specialty skills active and your clinical judgment sharp. SimonMed's commitment to high clinical standards and advanced protocols means your work is always meaningful and professionally rewarding.

A career path, not just a job: As a national network, we offer internal mobility, cross-training opportunities, and a clear path forward—whether that is expanding into additional ARDMS specialties, moving into a lead sonographer role, or cross-training across modalities. As we continue to expand across markets, new opportunities are created for technologists to advance their careers and grow with the organization. Your certification is just the beginning.

• ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or applicable specialty required — or registry-eligible with a clear path to certification

• Completed accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

• 1–2 years of clinical ultrasound experience (general, OB/GYN, and/or vascular) preferred

• Current BLS certification

• Valid state licensure current (where required)

• Proficiency in ultrasound equipment and PACS, RIS, and EMR systems

• Strong image optimization and multi-specialty scanning protocol knowledge

• Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient environment

• Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and clinical staff

• Commitment to QA participation and ongoing professional development

• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture
