SENIOR AUDITOR - CHINESE SPEAKING REQUIRED

Client is a PCAOB registered CPA firm and an Independent Member of BDO Alliance Network. They are a fast-growing CPA Firm located in Rowland Heights, CA, currently looking for an audit manager who are willing to travel frequently (3-4 times a year) national-wide and/or internationally (mainly to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) to perform audit engagements.

TITLE: Senior Auditor

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, exempt

REPORTS TO: Engagement Managers or Partners

Summary of responsibilities:

• Plan and lead audit engagements (including IPO) of various clients including SEC issuers and private companies

• Obtain and maintain a thorough deep understanding of the SEC financial reporting requirements and FASB rules, strong ability to research PCAOB and FASB technical accounting issues

• Develop audit programs, working papers, financial statements and audit report, internal audit reports and ad-hoc reporting and analysis etc.

• Occasionally assist in preparing of monthly bookkeeping/closing and annual tax return

• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client accounting personnel

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the engagement managers or partners

Qualifications:

• Three-five years' experience performing internal/external audits or corporate accounting for a CPA firm or private companies

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field

• Working knowledge and experience with common software including QuickBooks and MS, etc.

• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines, attention to details and accuracy

• Read and write fluent Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese or Cantonese
