What Youll Need to Get Started:

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in facilities inspection

Civil3D, AutoCAD or Revit experience? A big plusbut if youre eager to learn, well train you!

Associates Degree is preferred but not required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct detailed inspections for water and wastewater facilities such as sewage lift stations, wastewater treatment plants, water booster stations, and water treatment facilities.
• Work closely with engineers to assist in construction management services such as: quantity compilation and level of work completion for processing of contractor pay recommendations, answering Requests For Information, negotiating Change Orders, attending contractor progress meetings, and coordinating schedules with our clients and contractors.
• Compile field data to complete as-built drawings.
• Interface with clients and contractors with our engineers to make projects successful!
