The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple complex projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution and completion of multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation and budgets.
- Ensure resource availability and effectively assign tasks to internal teams and external partners.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, setting expectations and overseeing deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor resource utilization, progress and financial performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates, providing regular reports on strategy, adjustments, and milestones.
- Track project performance using key metrics and tools, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout project execution to ensure alignment with standards and expectations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education, Certifications & Licensures:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus

- This job will be expected to work onsite at CND's Scottsdale, AZ headquarters 5 days/week.
