To be eligible to operate on the Via Platform in Appleton, you must:

‚óè Have a valid driver’s license

‚óè Are 25 years of age or older

‚óè Complete a drug screening

‚óè Have more than 5 years of unrestricted, US driving history

‚óè Have at least 5 five years of caregiving experience (experiences that meet the definition of caregiving: parents, professional caregivers, provided care for family members or friends)

‚óè Have personal auto insurance policy

‚óè Drive a vehicle no more than 10 years old

‚óè Pass fingerprint-based criminal background check and motor vehicle record check (SSN needed)
