A bit about us:

If you're tired of being stuck behind a desk or siloed into one discipline, this is your shot to become a complete engineer.
We are building the next generation of field leaders - and we're looking for engineers who want to get in the action, not watch it.

Why join us?

What makes this different:

2-5-year accelerated training across drilling, completions, production & HSE
True "boots on the ground" model - you'll be at the wellsite, not in endless meetings
Industry-low turnover - engineers stay here because they grow fast and are trusted early
Broad exposure that sets you up for long-term leadership, not a narrow lane

What you'll own:

Design and run drilling programs from start to finish
Lead completions (frac, perforating, acidizing) in the field
Optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance gains
Design facilities, artificial lift, and surface systems
Work cross-functionally to deliver safe, efficient operations
