About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and people-focused General Manager to lead our McDonald's restaurant and join The Schmitz Organization. This career role is perfect for someone who thrives on improving sales, reaching KPI targets, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead & Inspire Team:
+ Manage, motivate, and develop a team of employees to ensure high performance.

+ Sales & KPI Achievement:
+ Drive sales and transactions to meet or exceed targets.
+ Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
+ Analyze and leverage sales data to optimize performance.
+ Operational Excellence:
+ Ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
+ Monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulations.
+ Conduct regular cleanliness checks throughout the restaurant.
+ Customer Focus:
+ Ensure top-tier customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
+ Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Financial Oversight:
+ Manage inventory.
+ Manage Waste.
+ Manage Labor.
+ Handle cash management.
Requirements:
+ Proven management experience in fast food or hospitality (preferably in a leadership role).
+ Strong leadership abilities and a focus on people development.
+ Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail, especially in procedures, cleanliness and food safety.
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
