This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
Patients per day: 6-10
Practice Setting: In home health and wellness evaluations
Scope: Home Care
State Licensure: Louisiana
