**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a highly skilled **General Manager** for a **Corporate Services** account Libertyville Illinois. In this role, you will lead daily operations of a full-service café, focusing on culinary excellence, high-end catering and driving customer engagement through outstanding food presentation and service. Additionally, you will manage budgets and financials, oversee payroll and HR functions, train and develop a team of up to 10 associates, and maintain strong client relationships. This position requires a driven, self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for food.
