RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Well established gift shop in Old Town Scottsdale seeks experienced full time Retail Store Manager. We are a second-generation, family owned and operated business and have an opportunity for the right individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily store operations

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize product availability and visual appeal.

• Maintain a positive, customer-focused environment while resolving any issues or concerns

• Train, develop, and coach team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative team culture

• Ensure the store meets all operational, safety, and compliance standards.

• Recruitment, scheduling and supervision of team members

• Ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers with a high level of customer service

• Reconciliation of Daily sales receipts

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• A passion for retail and a commitment to achieving store goals.

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
