What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop & Maintain Key Relationships – Work with engineers, supply chain managers, and procurement teams to understand and meet their interconnect needs.
✅ Identify & Close New Business – Proactively seek out opportunities in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors.
✅ Provide Technical Expertise – Consult on product specifications, compliance requirements (e.g., MIL-SPEC, UL, ISO), and custom solutions for unique applications.
✅ Prepare Competitive Proposals – Analyze customer needs, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver accurate quotations.
✅ Ensure Compliance & Quality – Stay informed on industry standards and customer requirements to ensure every solution meets regulatory expectations.
✅ Manage Sales Pipeline & Customer Satisfaction – Track opportunities, follow up on leads, and ensure long-term customer success.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Technical Sales Experience – Preferably in cable assemblies, wire harnessing, electrical components, or related interconnect solutions.
✅ Strong Technical Aptitude – Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
✅ Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with MIL-SPEC, IPC/WHMA-A-620, UL, and RoHS compliance is a plus.
✅ Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills – Comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers and procurement teams.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM Tools – Ability to manage sales pipelines and generate reports.
✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Math & Pricing Skills – Ability to generate accurate pricing, understand cost structures, and present competitive proposals.
