Responsibilities

• Pack cartonswith precision and care
• Perform quality checksto maintain our high standards
• Off-line packingfor special projects
• Set up taper and labelerfor efficient operations
• Operate a ream cutterwith expertise
• Quality re-workto ensure perfection
• Additional dutiesas assigned to support the team

Qualifications

• Quality-consciouswith a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skillsto collaborate effectively
• Basic computer skillsfor smooth operations
• Physical abilityto lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively
• Flexibility to work 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am) with some overtime/weekend work. Training on 1st shift (6am -2pm Monday - Friday, for up to 120 days of employment).
• Prior manufacturing experienceis a plus, but not required
